Similar to Body in Space, this project explores the idea of moving architecture but this time extends beyond sliding partitions. Partial rooms run on a grid-like track where each module can separate into two parts. Rather than the time of day being a significant factor in how each module moves, the partial buildings can be pulled out of their original cubes to create more or less programs, to make the space more open or closed
In the drawing below, there are different configurations and uses for each space that is created. While there are few modules that are limited to one function such as the kitchen and the long table, there are other spaces that can be created to, for example, either allow multiple kids to play in an enlarged space or to allow them to run around more freely.
